Important information

This website is published by Clearpath Capital Ltd (“Clearpath Capital”, “the firm”, “we”). It is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any investment, or to engage in any investment strategy, in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.

Regulatory status

Clearpath Capital Ltd is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (CE No. AAA000) to carry on Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities. The firm’s New York office provides client service to US clients; investment management services to US persons are provided from Hong Kong under the applicable exemptions.

Performance data

All performance figures are calculated in US dollars, net of management fees and fund expenses, with income reinvested, unless otherwise stated. “1Y” is the trailing twelve-month return to the stated data date. “3Y” and “5Y” returns are cumulative. Where a fund has less than the full period of history, the figure is shown as “—”.

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. The value of investments and the income from them may fall as well as rise, and investors may not get back the amount originally invested. Exchange-rate movements may cause the value of overseas investments to rise or fall. Benchmark indices are shown for comparison only; funds are not managed to track an index.

Risk ratings

Each strategy carries an internal risk rating from R1 to R5, set by the Investment Committee and reviewed quarterly. The rating reflects the strategy’s expected annualised volatility, liquidity and use of leverage, and defines the risk budget within which the portfolio manager must operate.

R3 Moderate6–10%Multi-asset, equity income, absolute return, Asia credit
R4 High10–18%Long-only equity, real assets, private credit
